The result is a new, tailor-made food quality standard that defines excellence and consistency across all Żabka stores. Through the Intertek 360° Brand Assurance program, Żabka guarantees that every coffee or hot snack meets the expectations for freshness, taste, and safety assured by this quality standard. To make this possible, Intertek conducts on-site audits in Żabka stores, focusing on key factors that shape customer satisfaction - from product quality and presentation to hygiene and service standards. The program also includes thorough supply chain assessments and supplier verifications to confirm food safety and compliance. Additionally, Intertek experts evaluate both product and process standardization, ensuring that Customers can enjoy the same great quality and taste in every Żabka store, every day.
